SHADE MATCH GUARANTEE
Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance
1.1 By participating in the Shade Match Guarantee Promotion (“Promotion”), customers agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1.2 Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms.
1.3 Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion is valid for purchases made between 1 May 2026 and 31 May 2026 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Purchases made outside this period are not eligible
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to customers who:

First time Pomegranate Daily Glow BB Cream purchase

Complete the Breeze Balm Shade Match Quiz
-
Purchase using the same email address used for the shade match quiz; and
-
A valid Shade Match Code, issued upon quiz completion, must be entered at checkout
3.2 The Promotion is limited to one (1) replacement per customer.
4. How to Qualify
4.1 To qualify for the Shade Match Guarantee, customers must:

Purchase an eligible product during the Promotion Period;
-
Complete the Breeze Balm Shade Match Quiz and/or receive a personalised shade recommendation;
-
Enter the Shade Match Code provided at the end of the quiz at checkout;
-
Purchase the shade recommended by Breeze Balm.
4.2 Orders that do not follow the above steps will not be eligible.
5. Eligible Products
5.1 The Promotion applies to:

Single BB Cream purchases;
-
Starter Bundle;
-
Favourites Bundle;
-
Face Base Set.
5.2 The Promotion does not apply to:
-
BB Cream Duo purchases;
-
BB Cream Trio purchases.
6. Exclusions
6.1 The Promotion is not valid where:
-
A different shade is purchased from the recommended shade;
-
The order does not include the Shade Match Code;
-
The purchase was made prior to or after the Promotion Period;
-
The request is made outside the required timeframe.
7. Replacement Policy
7.1 Eligible customers will receive a one-time replacement BB Cream shade if the recommended shade is incorrect.
7.2 This Promotion is strictly:

Replacement only;
-
No refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
7.3 The replacement product will be determined by Breeze Balm based on reassessment.
8. Claims Process
8.1 Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of the original order.
8.2 Customers must contact Breeze Balm using the email associated with the original order.
8.3 Breeze Balm reserves the right to request supporting information, including but not limited to:

Order details;
-
Photos in natural lighting;
-
Confirmation of consultation details.
8.4 Claims that do not meet the criteria will be declined.
9. Verification and Disqualification
9.1 Breeze Balm reserves the right to verify all claims and customer information.
9.2 Claims may be refused if:
-
Information is incomplete, false, or misleading;
-
The Terms have been breached.
9.3 Breeze Balm’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Liability
10.1 To the extent permitted by law, Breeze Balm is not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from participation in the Promotion.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. General
11.1 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.
11.2 Breeze Balm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.
11.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
